Will I be charged customs duty for my order?

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please send us a message within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
If the item is not a match for you after all, you are entitled to a refund within 14 days after you have received your package. Please send us an email before shipping your items back.
Please return in original packaging. Returned items must be unused and in good and undamaged condition. Send the package with the dispatch number so that it can be traced. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. The return shipping cost is held by the customer.
You cannot regret your purchase, simply by refusing to receive the package.
